This is a first assignment and we were required to show that we can incorporate scanned images
and use filters. There was no restriction on subject matter, hence I chose to draw and scanned the
castle and applied filters to it.
The theme of this graphic is Life. Each of us has dreams and hopes.
I used the castle to represent it. The light behind the castle illuminates it to us, lead us towards it.
We should all walk the life path, towards our dreams and goals of life. Our own castle awaits
us at the end of the life path. This is tied to Death as well.
